Yes, I've had numerous issues with items shipped from Goldin to PSA. Two recent purchases were stuck in "To Vault" status more than three weeks after being sent to the Vault.
PSA's Vault team doesn't have a direct public contact number or email, and customer support representatives answering PSA's main contact line don't have any information about the Vault. My issues were only resolved after I posted my negative experience on Blowout Forum. The Vault director, Jacob Bogardus, reached out by e-mail to address my concerns. For my most-recent issue, he explained that one of my items had been stuck in limbo because it was an old-label SGC card, and the PSA Vault team's computer system didn't recognize certification numbers with hyphens in them. The Vault team had to manually enter the card in the system without a hyphen to complete the vaulting process. If I hadn't posted on Blowout, I suspect the card would have continued to sit in limbo.
