I made an offer $165 on a BuyNow $199 item. The seller decline...no counter...ended the auction. Relisted the item for $300!

I messaged the seller asking what they wanted or what happen?...told me they couldn't let it go for no less than $215. Whatever..ugh.I submitted an offer for $215.....he COUNTER with $235! I basically said...keep it! He reply back your offer of $215 sounds good resubmit it....NOPE! BYE!
