I bought a signed 1989 Hoops card of Michael Jordan from an auction house years ago. During the pandemic, I saw the prices on Jordan skyrocket and went looking for the card. Turned out, I'd had it shipped to my parents house and forgot about it. My dad found it still in the auction houses packaging sandwiched between a pile of old bills:
