No idea on quantity inserted, but guessing fairly low quantity.
I scooped up a number of Garvey buybacks shortly after issue when he was included. Besides fighting others for them, a lot of times they just are not appreciated. I think that year had the actual embossing that was nearly impossible to see without catching the card at the right angle in the right light. Nice idea, but I bet more than a few of those will eventually get lost in a sea of similar vintage cards that were not embossed. Quote:
