Banks?
To bobbyw8469- assuming the unshown back is similar to the front, the
answer is no! Geez, PSA and SGC are in a contest to tear down vintage, aren't they? It's off by a grade and a half, maybe 2... I was having a conversation with a fellow collector about this stupid PSA/SGC peeing contest. I asked if he remembered super model Cindy Crawford from the late 1980s. He did, and I remarked that PSA would grade her a "2" due to the mole on her upper lip  Idiots!Trent King
