Is there a way to move sent messages to another folder i.e. Sales or Purchases?
Thanks in advance for any help, Robbie ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????? Yes. in your control panel, under "Private Messages" select "Edit Folders" which will allow you to add folders with the names that you want. Then in your "private Messages" folders select the message(s) that you want to move, then at the bottom choose "Move to folder... " and click "Go". It will then ask you which folder to move the messages to. ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????? I guess I'm slower than most at it: While I had already created folders named SALES and PURCHASES, when I select certain 'sent' messages, and then click on the MOVE TO FOLDER, the only options I see are: Delete, Mark as read, Mark as unread, Download as XML, Download as CSV, Download as TEXT and Deselect all messages. ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ??????????????????? Anyone seeing the same options I am? .
