Yes, I would say Mike Egner's Guide price holds up well for this pennant. That valuation is still pretty spot-on. It's not one of the super rare ones...
With regard to your specific example, it would be at the lower end of that range, due to the spine wear and soiling/spotting. I would value yours at about $110 - $125. There are some enterprising collectors here that may recommend bleaching it, to make it more white and eliminate the spotting. But that might be a risky venture, given the red graphics and the propensity for that particular color paint to bleed. I would personally leave it as-is, since it's still pretty attractive.
