What does this tiered approach mean ??
Does anyone really think submissions under $50 a card will ever come back ??? It would not surprise me if PSA in 2022 does 4 quarterly specials maybe $35 a card with a year to 18 month turnaround time as realistic. Everything else maybe $100 and over per card ? Idk ??
