Doesnt ASAP meant just that? As soon as POSSIBLE? Probably a little overwhelmed, heck if I know. I guess I should be asking about my consignment check already according to your consumer model.

I guess the customer is always right, maybe you can get some free stuff, or a better deal next if you keep complaining.
