Ok, but did it come in a padded envelope? Did it have bubble wrap? Was it in a holder? Have you ever stood in line at the post office for 30 minutes. Or had to drive to the post office?

Not saying there aren't egregious charges in some cases, but if someone says $3 and you get it safe and sound and timely, and it's well packaged, is it really a huge deal regardless of how much exactly the postage was?

If I paid $17 for priority mail and someone threw it into a 75 cent envelope, sure I'd be pissed off. I guess like most things it's a matter of degree.
