Glad to see George Yankowski is still going strong! I grew up in Watertown MA not far from him, and I believe he still lives there. He was my dad's HS baseball coach there in the 1950s after his brief playing career ended.
If anyone is interested, there is a nice SABR story here about Yankowski's life, including his service time in WWII. Last edited by scooter729; 01-10-2020 at 11:54 AM.
