Not a team issue but so what? It is a nice image from some sort of vintage set. I'd be pleased to own it. Here's one I have from the set:
 Does anyone have a scan of the backs of these photos so I can ID the player? FWIW, pro photographers who had field access did produce snapshots back in the day for sale to the public. I have a smattering of snaps that are clearly shot professionally. Here's a Burke of Hartnett:
