2018 Immaculate Mayfield Question

Hi everyone. Modern is not my collecting focus at all but I do collect players from Oklahoma.

I recently bought a 2018 Immaculate RPA Auto of Baker Mayfield on eBay. When I received the card I noticed that it is serial number 06/99. Does the fact that the card is his jersey # increase the value?
