Nice pieces, Dewey.
I don't know anyone who collects them specifically, but I do know of a few collectors who have one or two. I also think they're cool items, and it's a good way to get a player's signature on a baseball related item. I'm not sure which years had them, but I like the ones I've seen where the player was asked to sign the contract multiple times so one could be chosen for the actual card.
