I've been picking up complete sets back to 1960...I think done pretty well. I think I'll finish up a presentable 1960 Topps complete set for less than $1000 all in. I don't think that's the kind of thing you could have done a few years back.
This is not to say I am getting them so cheaply I could turn them for a profit, but I think I could come close to breaking even, which isn't bad for something that's really a hobby. I couldn't do that playing golf. |
