According to Baseball Reference, there was a Jim Brown who played for the San Francisco Sea Lions of 1946. I had never heard of the team or the player. He's listed as a righthander, but I'm wondering if that could be wrong. He was a position player who did pitch. He's also listed at 53 years old. It's a shot in the dark, especially considering that I found a different uniform design for the Sea Lions in the Google image gallery.
