I just got in another 1860s baseball card (previous was an 1864 Andover cdv).
This one is also a carte de visite and shows two players one with a bat and the other with a ball. Back has the players names and positions: R. Walker, r.f. and R.C. Eccinger 1st b. Initial online research shows the Allentown Stars were a team in 1866- 67. Any other information is appreciated on the team or the players. Thanks in advance. Scott |
