The only thing I have noticed is the guys that list stuff often get better prices in the auction section in my experience. You can take any type of payment you want, some of us only pay TTM. Transactions are almost always super easy. No fees other than the normal Net54 yearly dues.
I am sure there are things I am missing but what do you have to lose. You can give stuff away on here just as easy as on eBay.
As a buyer I would love to see you and others listing more stuff. I rarely buy anyplace else now.
