Over the years I have seen these complete program sets for teams from about 1957 up to around 1972. I don't know if these were produced by each team or if the league issued a certain amount of sets. I am guessing they were a team by team project since the bindings do not seem to match up perfectly. The Hall of Fame may provide a better answer.

Along the same lines I have seen bound sets of media guides for most of the years 1961-69 that I do believe came out of the league office. In 1946 and 1947 the league issued spiral bound sets of all the league guides and then in I think 1968 both the NFL & AFL began issuing binders with all the league team guides. They changed through the years from punch-hole binders to steel rods holding each guide to eventually housing them in plastic pockets.
Very cool info. Thank you. I have quite a few Rams media guides as well but have not come across the bound version that I can remember.
