I don't know how it works today (and eBay's often changing rules), but in the old days if a buy got multiple non-paying strikes (three?) they would be banned. So always make sure to do that part.
Though your recourse can be to post the user's name here on the PSA board and eBay sellers will thank you and surely block the bidder. Last edited by drcy; 01-01-2017 at 01:06 PM. |
