My favorite as a kid was Hank Aaron as he approached Babe's record. Having a rookie is treasured....that is my answer, but I like these as well:
George Brett is the star of my favorite team. I kept this card from when it was originally released. Rube Marquard is my only Cigarette card and a HoF'er. I probably would like it more w/o the autograph. The Mays/Musial autograph on the other hand I love. Nice sigs, two great stars and wonderful color all on one card. I also like the Yaz rookie with sig in just the right spot on a card seemingly made for an auto. Great graphics. Koufax rookie...another all time great vintage rookie...love to go down the list and get one of each of the greats. Big & Little Poison - classic look and I remember buying these in Pittsburgh. |
