Help identifying this 1937 Scorecard/Ticket

Help identifying this 1937 Scorecard/Ticket

I am a collector in Cleveland Ohio and i cannot find any information about this scorecard/ticket. It has quite a bit of information on it so i thought it would not be to bad to figure it out, wow was i wrong.
Has two dates on it 6/20/1937 and 7/3/1937
Has names of 14 different players on the reverse of it also.
I was trying to browse teams in Cleveland with a Raymond A.A. affiliation but nothing there either.
