I am doing some research on a trophy that I have just acquired and I am truly not sure about the date that has been engraved on this trophy.
At first glance it looks like 1939, but when you look more closely at the characteristics of the first individual number 9...and then the last number, you will notice the slight differences in both. The year may be 1938. Please keep in mind that this trophy is believed to have originated from Mexico? Maybe? Can't be certain. I will add further photos of the trophy once I learn how to put them in the right format to be able to post them, and will add details about the story behind this trophy. Thank you in advance for all the valued input. Lucky. |
