I am a new member of this forum looking for some input and thoughts on this checklist.

I recently found it mixed in with some of my 80s cards that I collected when I was a kid. I'm not quite sure when I ended up with it. From looking it up it seems to be quite scarce and carry some value.

My question is that there doesn't seem to be many at all for sale anywhere. Is this a direct result of its scarcity or is there really not much demand for these out there? Should I consider getting it graded, it seems to be in very good condition?

Thanks
These are scarce. Kids would mark them to keep track of what cards they had or throw them away because it wasn't player or team related. Many kids hated checklists, so now they are very collectible.
