Ball help please and signature

Any help or info on what team this logo is? and maybe who signed it? It has a minor league authentication number hologram on it, but can't find a way to authenticate that, like the majors have..

Its obviously souvenir ball, but got it cheap for the Hell of it. Any info? THANKS
