Take away the first H (which I know some people will have a hard time doing because of formation even though the height and slant is fine, but just do it for the sake of argument) then compare each letters height, slant, and formation to other known examples like the other 3X5 posted and it is 100% dead on in every way. I think the H formation had to do with the fact that he was using a felt tip pen and every other one I have seen in the hobby was ballpoint.
Sometimes people get fixated on one thing and forget to look at the other 10-15 letters. Signatures are not an exact science and just because one letter looks off doesn't automatically mean the whole thing is bad, a lot of it depends on on time, place, medium, instrument used etc. Obviously others disagree with me here and thats fine, its not an exact science just an opinion, but I believe it to be authentic when taking all factors into account. Just my opinion. Rhys |
