Great stories, Carlton.
Now that the dust has settled, I'm curious as to which hurts more.... the Crate or the Flask? I know the Crate is far more recent. Sometimes losing out is devastating at the time, but the sting eventually wears off. Other times, the hurt grows deeper as time progresses. Either way... Don't you just love it when one single being on the Planet comes between you and your treasure? I'd rather lose by a mile than be the high under-bidder. You just can't count on anything until the clock says :00 It's far better to focus on what you've won, and all those times you've been the disappointer (not the disappointee)
