Does anyone have any helpful tips on how to remove old cork liners from the inside of the collectible Coke caps?
For those that know about the caps, but not sure about the cork; Some of the caps, maybe due to the bottling location, used cork as liners instead of the more common clear plastic ring. Remove the cork, and there lies the baseball (or football) player. I just picked up a large lot of caps and most have bits of cork still stuck to the inside. I'd like to hear if anyone has had success on disolving the cork and adhesive without damaging the image of the player. Last edited by CowboysGuide; 11-04-2012 at 07:02 AM. |
