Frustrating...
I'm now on Day 22 of a "10 Day Turnaround": "Your order is still being processed".
As per PSA: "All turnaround times are estimates-if you need your items back in a certain time frame, consider using a faster service." 22 days for a 10 day "estimate" seems like it should be in "a certain time frame". "Consider using a faster" seems like a scam to me. I will not be renewing my PSA membership; SGC will be getting all of my business from now on.
