Dobie Moore was a dominating player and would have been a sure HOFer if he hadn't gotten shot in the leg during his prime. He was a power-hitting shortstop who batted cleanup for the Kansas City Monarchs and also terrorized the Cuban Winter League and the California Winter League. This card is razor sharp with a bold, clear image - check out the current Hake's auction (lot #1219) for a nice example of his Billiken card. $2,250 ppd.
