Help w/ Photo ID

I've done a little research trying to figure out who the player is on the photo below, but have not had any success. Anyone able to make a positive ID on this player? Any help would be appreciated.

Can't help right off, but could be a minor leaguer...the Cardinals had about a million minor league clubs in the mid to late 1930s..about the time which this photo appears to be from, and many of them used the name Cardinals. 9 out of their 28 minor league clubs in 1939 used the name Cardinals...your photo appears to be in a minor league park.

Good point Dan, thanks. Didn't even think about that. Also, thought the face looked familiar and assumed he was a pro, just couldn't place a name with the face.
