Larry - Nice SLer's !

Edited to add, I have always liked "the bat" in the Rockenfeld card. Bottle Bat barrel, Hollow Point end with wrapping paper string (yarn) around the handle. One of the more illustrated bat's on a T card.

1869 Cincinnati Red Stockings photo disc. From this year's REA. Not real sure about the nature of this item? It looks like, and is the right size for a pin (1 1/2 inches in diameter). But the image is printed on thin cardstock/thick paper, and there is no evidence of any type of pin attachment on the reverse. Surrounded by a metal ring. According to the auction writeup, this is the only one they have ever seen, yet it was clearly manufactured and not homemade. Proud to own it - finally have something card-like and period for the HOFer George Wright!

Just arrived - after the UPS guy took a 30 minute break right outside my window to read the paper. Kinda like that old ketchup commercial with the "Anticipation" soundtrack.

I had my eye on that one, but it was too rich for me (and ended while I was in Vegas). Awesome card, though.
