Hello,
I'm starting to collect BF2 photo pennants again, and I can't find much info on the net about them, so I thought I'd try here. I'm trying to figure out how to gauge their condition. I assume the chipping of the letters and photos would be akin to chipping on a card. I have a couple pennants with the stitch marks. Is this similar to a pinhole in a card? Would it automatically be in 'poor' condition? Here's an example of a BF2 with a ton of stitch marks: ![]() Thanks for any help and for your time! Peter Baldes |

Peter:
If you were grading them numerically, I don't think that the stitch marks would have as much of a major negative impact on the grade as a pinhole on a card, which basically knocks it down to a 1 or 1.5. Prominent factors could be the photo, edges, staining and back. Last edited by bcbgcbrcb; 03-30-2010 at 11:33 AM. |
