Does Harold Myers ring a bell with old time T206 collectors?

I just noticed his name in an article by George Vrechek on old hobby pubs, he provided a "surprisingly" complete T206 checklist of The Card Collectors Bulletin in 1938. I have to say I have not heard of him in T206 or hobby pioneer discussions at all. George's Article is at www.oldbaseball.com in the LIBRARY section.
