Wow, me too. That's a fascinating letter. It also makes it sound like #68 is much tougher than I ever imagined. I assumed it was pulled early in the print run, but the letter says it was never actually released to the public. But maybe that was just the official party line to avoid liability.

Was checking out some old threads when I came across this one. Obviously, clicking on the link to the Ebay auction now only gets you a message stating that "This listing (380121974007) has been removed, or this item is not available" (the post containing the link is now 14 months old).
Does anyone have access to the letter referred to, or at least the text? Sounds like an interesting piece of correspondence, I'd like to know what it said. |
