If it isn't real, it is a pretty good attempt circa 1997. But one has to ask....Would Tiger have taken the time to write "Best Wishes"? He was always in a hurry and swamped, even during his rookie year on tour in 1996.
Unless this was obtained when he was relaxing, why would he take the time to inscribe it?
