Hi Jerry, I had to pay the Texas tax too. I'm sure the state will put that money to good use

I haven't gotten my cards yet -- but Rob Lifson has agreed to pick them up and deliver them to me asap.

Received my card today, too.

No B&L tape on the package.

Kinda disappointing.

Can we all agree to pay 13% BP -- an extra 1/2 percent -- to fund B & L packing tape? Small price to pay for Christmas in June.

I could take a sharpie and mark all the clear tape B & L. I remember the old days when every dealer at a show had a sharpie and marked the semi rigids with their prices, I took many a check written in sharpie back then,

Scott

Jeff- your winnings went out yesterday. We sent out about 20 more packages today,....We will send about 20 more tomorrow and finish up shipping by this Thursday (except for a few special requests from winning bidders asking for something different) which is within 2 weeks from end of auction. As for the tape....that's actually pretty funny. One lucky board member is going to get some of the paper registered tape on their box that is covering up that fancy tape other auctions use. We are cheap and pass on the savings to other collectors....Many winners will also receive part of the Dallas Morning Newspaper.....no extra cost for that extra added value either . Scott and I really appreciate the support everyone has shown so far. The next auction is already shaping up to be a good one..It will be in the Fall. We will be setting up at the National and of course accepting consignments there as well as hootin' and hollerin' with lots of board members.....best regards

ps...I am working on getting a Special Guest speaker at the Net54 Dinnber which, if it happens, will be very interesting...and if not, it's back to me singing
