Having trouble pin-pointing where this club was located... I am hoping one of ya'll can help me out again. The sign at the bottom states "Policemen's Base Ball Club for Mercy Hospital Benefit Game" also states "Smith Photo". The hat on the man seated front and center states "Patrol Driver". Sorry I do not have a scan of the back but I am guessing the age is between 1907-1914, because it has a dividing line and the stamp box is "AZO" with four triangles pointing up. Any help would be much appreciated! |

Mercy Hospital is a common name. Also looks like it was an oldtimers game from the ages of the officers. |

Neat rppc, but you may never find out where this photo was taken. I'm guessing this was not really a baseball team, but probably just a group of policeman organized to play one game for charity for the Mercy Hospital. |

Just as they have weekend softball teams today, police units, firemen and brick layers had company baseball teams. |

HaHa! Yeah I like the guy on the back row 4th from the left... He could have played a good Frankenstein! Notice also, the two guys back row on each end sporting Bow-Ties! I do not think a confrontation with this bunch would go in your favor.... |

The guy on the bottom row, far right looks a little like Chi Chi Frogglestein. |
