So often we hear negative stories about different dealers and auction houses that I thought it would be nice to point out some very positive experiences with a card dealer. |

Actually he's at his mother's house who is on her deathbed. I spoke with him this morning......They don't know if it's going to be tomorrow or a month from now...but she is going downhill quickly. Cut him some slack please though I know you didn't mean anything by your jest. Our NY Dinner will take a back seat if something happens. We will still have it and I am still coming to NY but his plans could change. I might be looking for a couch to sleep on too if he has to be away......regards |

Thanks to Alan, and to Leon too. I only think she has a day or two to live. My family is devastated but we have to go on. This is the first time I have looked at the board since Monday but Alan's kind post has made me feel a whole lot better in this difficult time. |

You are in our thoughts here. There is never an easy path through these experiences, but it is good to hear that you have family to help. |

And Leon, if you find yourself in a pinch for a place to crash, I live about 10 minutes from JFK, 25 from Laguardia. I'm in Valley Stream, which is right on the Queens border and a pretty easy 35-minute ride into the city by train. |

Thanks to all my friends, you guys have been wonderful, and so supportive. Leon will be here in a few hours and we will be meeting for the first time under the strangest circumstances. But I have to move on with my life, and I want to be with friends this weekend. |

Barry is a super guy and businessman. Very smart and a class act. My favorite is Robbie Lifson. When I win something, it arrives before I get a chance to cut the check! Now that is service! Touche to Barry as he is one of my favorites!!! |

From becoming acquainted with Barry via cyberspace, but not ever having met in person, I consider him a friend and wish him the strength and courage to see these final days through and the tenacity to carry on after his lost. You're in my thoughts Barry... |

WHOA! I missed Leon's statement! I am deeply sorry Barry and I know exactly how you feel! I have no words of wisdom either but can share the fact that I lost my Mom Tuesday the 5th. After seeing her the 3rd in rehab and she looked great and we thought she was coming home. We buried her a week ago today. Pop is crushed after 58 years with her. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Sincerely, Dan Mckee. |

I want to again offer a heartfelt thanks to everyone on the board. Mom passed away earlier today. She was 81. She struggled in the last year and lost her will to live. I will miss her terribly but she is finally at peace. |

Thank you Barry and everyone. These times are rough but we all must go through them. My mother was 80 years and 8 months young. Yes they are at peace but that still doesn't seem to make it any easier. Dan. |
