One of the reasons I like the 1940 Play Ball set is all the nicknames of the players. I had a hard time coming up with a favorite but here is one of them. |

I don't have a scan but HOF pitcher "High Pockets" Kelly is one of my favorites. Why High Pockets, was he cheap or did he wear his pants hiked up? |
