Question for SGC submissions...

I have just sent in my first SGC submission. It supposedly should pop today. Under the directions from what I understand your "customer number" isn't assigned until after your first submission? So is there anyway I can check my submission status online? By the way...phoning SGC isn't an option today...so it would only be helpful if I can check the status online somehow..is it possible to put in someone else's customer number along with my submission invoice number?

Dave, I don't think you need your customer number to check submission status. You only need your login and password.

Steve's right. You don't need the submission number once you log in. You do on GAI.

It maybe my internet service here at work right now..I can't even get the submission status or pop report pages to pop up right now..everything else on the site however I can. It figures.

I can't get it to work right now either. SGC seems to be having a few problems lately (website issues, slow turnaround times).

They are having some website issues and are aware of them. Once it's functional again, hopefully soon, it will have a pull down menu of all of your submissions per invoice number....I think for the last year or so....at least that's the way it was a few months ago...regards
