I suppose you could go into ebay and look for completed lots. I don't know if Sotheby's posts theirs online.

The best way is to run a completed search for the item on Ebay. Although it won't mention who the high bidders actually were though.

Click Auction results (top left hand corner)
If you are not signed in or a registered member (which I just did), they will make you fill out paperwork. There it is nicely displayed in either by lot number or lot with title description.
