I am not sure what it is from, but its not from a box. Those cards are paper thin, they looks like they were cut from a poster or writing tablet cover.

the default for this type of item always ends up being "candy box", but I bet 90% or more actually come from notebook covers and posters.

I actually owned the sheet this card came from - it is titled stars of the Am League & Stars of the Nat League. A collector in Philly now owns it - I only had the National page. It is actually a page of cards...
