Help with photo ID

I believe these to have been taken possibly in Baltimore maybe late 40's to early 50's? I haven't been able to definitively id the teams, players or stadium. They are both 8x10s. A little google research on the photographer showed that he later moved on to Texas from Baltimore where he evidently took some significant Kennedy assassination photos. Any help will be appreciated.

I have a bunch of snapshots of the Orioles when they were in the International League in the 1940s...I am not sure where my photos were taken, but the stadium does not look the same.

Thanks Dan. Those are some nice photos. I remember a while back someone posted this photo which looks like the same stadium. I couldn't find the thread (I think it was on the card side), but I did save the image as it reminded me to dig mine out. I hope the original poster don't mind me reposting this...The uniforms look the same as in your pics and that stadium looks huge.
