This looks like a bidding war between two buyers. Krause lists this card in the 2004 catalog at $85 VG and $270 EX. It's a really nice looking card but has rounded corners, and a crease in the lower left. I think PSA did their job this time with a grade of GOOD 2. |

That same card, same slabbed grade, never brings over $400. |

The Piedmont factory 25 was VA, and 42 was North Carolina. The 42 cards have a premium listed as 3x in the T206 museum and 2 - 4 x in Krause. |

Sorry about my mis-interpretation. I didn't know that this series was worth a premium. 10% of my T206 majors are from this series. None of my minors or Southern league are. Can I assume from this that the 350-460 series only carried players from the majors? |

The Piedmont 350-460 series comes in two factory designations: 25 and 42. Factory 25 does NOT command a premium, but factory 42 generally commands about a 4-5X premium. Your original post was both correct and helpful. |

How do you know the card isn't from factory 42? |

The seller has provided a scan that can be blown up by clicking on it!! If you do so, it should be very clear that it is fact. "25". Is anybody else having a problem seeing it? |

The factory 42 backs say "4th Dist. N.C." after the factory designation, which stretches quite a bit further across the bottom of the card. If you see one that you think might be a "42", go look at other t206 scans on ebay and find another 350-460 - if there is not a noticeable difference in the length of the factory designation line, then you are dealing with a common factory 25. |

Is there a premium on the 350-460 series vs the 150 or 350 series? I'm thinking Piedmont, but would assume this would track all the backs. |

The only premium I've ever seen associated with the series is some collectors think the 150 series portraits are more difficult. |
