Not really sure when the book was published or by whom. Since it's a compilation of the first four years (1985 - 1988) I'm guessing 1989 or 1990.

Lipset published the book in 1989. It contains issues 1-21 of TOJ (Spring 1985 to Dec. 1988), plus an index of the first 21 issues at the back of the book. It's about the same size and format as Lipset's Encyclopedias.
