How long has ARENA been grading cards? I've never heard of them before seeing this listing.

I'm aware of them, but their concept mainly seemed to go after the modern high-end market. However, they couldn't really explain why people should choose them over PSA for the same card as a value proposition.
They have a very tiny market share.
