What are these?

I have seen these before but can't remember what they are called/from? Thanks for any help.

1953, made by Brown and Bigelow. There were decks of Cobb, Gehrig, Mack, McGraw, Ruth and Wagner. Some sets had customized and branded versions available.

Thanks Greg. After that info a quick eBay search says these are the Connie Mack version.

The same images were also used for a series of calendars in the 1950s. I think they're very cool and nostalgic.

There's 15 different images used and the calendars were available in 2 sizes.
I've managed to pick up a number of them. It's easy to imagine these hanging up in a workshop or garage in the 1950s.
