The eBay user's name is "slabbed". I remember when that term was used as a pejorative. Here's another listing. What is this 33G Collins graded A by SGC? Is it sheet cut?

Incompletely printed card from a scrapped sheet, though many like to call incompletely produced cards proofs. Pretty awesome card.
