All HOF players are graded with the exception of the HOF rookies (Yaz EX, McCovey VG/VGEX, Kaat EX), dual player cards featuring a HOF, Hi-Number AS cards, and players in the set who are in the hall of fame as managers (Herzog, Sparky, etc)

- All Checklists are unchecked

- Very consistent EX to EX/MT condition throughout the set, including all commons

- Some VG/VGEX cards
- Main condition issues will be slight wrinkle corners / corner wear

I put this set together over the course of 5 years and strived to make sure there was consistency throughout the set. As mentioned above, the overall set is a solid EX condition, including the commons. There will be some commons that are VG-EX but not many. I thoroughly enjoyed building this set but it's time for it to go to a new home for someone else to enjoy!

I wanted to chime in to put my seal of approval on this set and all that Nick said. I've met him in person at shows in Illinois and Indiana and he's a stand-up guy!

Recently, I viewed this impressive set and would say that Nick might even be a little conservative in his description. While the price was a touch over what I wanted to pay as a dealer, another dealer in the room nearly pulled the trigger. I believe a collector would be happy to own this one at Nick's ultimate asking price.
